Two guards killed in border attack

Two Saudi border guards have been killed in an attack from Yemen by Houthi rebels, official Saudi media reported on Sunday.

Sergeants Hasan Ali Al-Ghazwani and Sarwi Al-Saeed were "martyred while carrying out their duty in protecting the country's borders from rebel aggressors" on Sunday, the Saudi Press Agency said, quoting a statement by the joint command of the Saudi-led coalition fighting the rebels in Yemen.

The two guards were killed in a border region of Jazan Province.
