Lol...Newspaper as Tissue paper at a Toilet in Lagos

A LIB reader said she went to use the toilet at a joint today and found a newspaper there instead of toilet paper. She said she left and came back an hour later and still found the newspaper there. Lol. Maybe it was left there by someone and not as a replacement for tissue paper...
