Chelsea player Kenneth Omeruo reportedly makes U-turn, agrees to participate in Rio Olympics
Kenneth Omeruo, a Chelsea central defender who played this past season on loan in Turkey, has reportedly agreed to join Samson Siasia's team and participate in the upcoming Rio Olympics tournament. 22 year old Kenneth will not be one of the three over-aged players allowed for this U23 tournament in August because of his age and can join as a regular player.
However, Omeruo earlier opted out, insisting he was working on medical advise and won't participate because of a troublesome groin problem.
