Photos: State of the newly constructed tunnel in Imo State

According to Chiemeka Akwarandu who shared the photos on August 28th, the newly constructed tunnel by Imo state Government is waterlogged.
 On a visit to the site, it was discovered that there's a stationed water pump used in removing water from the site. See more photos after the cut.
