Portugal wins EURO 2016 after beating France 1-0

Twelve years after losing in their last appearance in a major final they have finally got their hands on a trophy. And they did it it without Cristiano Ronaldo who was subbed off injure after 25 minutes. It was not a classic at all but the winning goal from Eder in extra time was something special, smashing it in from 25 yards out.
